The copper strip (punched or unpunched) is used as the substrate, and a uniform, dense and well-bonded tin plating layer is applied to the surface, combining excellent electrical conductivity, weldability and corrosion resistance.
1. It boasts the advantages of excellent electrical properties, insulation properties and durability. It can operate at both high and low temperatures, providing effective electrical isolation, reducing arc losses, improving power transmission efficiency, and effectively protecting electronic equipment and appliances from gases, corrosive liquids, gasoline, and other hazards;
2. Tin-plated copper strip exhibits good electrical performance. Composed of copper sheets and tin plating, they have very low resistance, improving current transmission between components, facilitating remote synchronous data transmission for electronic devices, and reducing losses.
