The substrate material used is a porous open-cell sponge. The conductive layer is prepared by vacuum physical nickel deposition (PVD) method. After pre-plating, the specified nickel can be electroplated in a sulfate nickel plating electrolyte. After incineration, reduction, cooling, rolling and slitting, a continuous strip-shaped nickel foam material with excellent performance can be obtained.
1. Continuous strip nickel foam is an extensively used battery current collector material due to its good performance and large specific surface area. As a secondary rechargeable battery plate material, it is mainly used in the manufacture of daily-use nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, vehicle-mounted power batteries, super nickel batteries, energy storage batteries (nickel-zinc batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, zinc-iron liquid flow batteries, super-capacitor batteries), metal-air batteries, hydrogen production electrodes, etc.;
2. Nickel foam can be produced in a wide range of specifications, allowing for customers to flexibly choose specific specifications for production;
3. Nickel foam can be designed and produced with unique process according to customer’s application areas and needs;
4. It has unique ultra-low surface density specifications (≤ 250 g) and manufacturing processes, which have a significant effect on controlling battery material costs;
5. It has unique double-sided density specifications and performs well on batteries with directional winding performance;
6. The product quality, capacity and shipment volume are at the forefront of the nickel foam industry.
