The CORUN Academy embodies “one direction, one map, one set of strategies”, serving thinking upgrading, cultural leadership, and management empowerment; integrating macro-strategic thinking and cultural spirit into business operations, ensuring the genuine implementation of CORUN’s core values; and enhancing the breadth and depth of talent development for rapid growth, efficient collaboration, and performance multiplication.
To focus on strategy and align with market needs, the Academy selects core projects from the Company’s annual operational management as research topics; in addition, it conducts regular group activities for topic discussions and solutions, utilizing CORUN Academy’s platform for topic discussions, progress sharing, centralized presentations, and evaluations.
