Purpose:Focus on employee health by creating conditions for physical fitness and health check-ups, coupled with management’s care and concern to foster a warm and familial atmosphere;
Measures:Participate in health check-ups / care for ill employees / organize sports activities, competitions, etc.;
Methods:Regular annual health check-ups / organization of sports activities, competitions, etc. / afternoon tea events;
Cycle:Annual / random.
Purpose: During traditional Chinese festivals, company leaders and employees share joy, communicate ideas, exchange feelings, and celebrate shared honors and successes. This reflects the Company’s respect and gratitude toward employees, as well as care and motivation, allowing employees to feel the warmth of a family atmosphere.
Measures: The Company organizes activities during festivals such as the Spring Festival, National Day, and New Year’s Day, holds fun flash mob events and afternoon tea events.
